"SuFu" means ante-mortem and meat inspection.
This app is aimed at students of veterinary medicine and is intended to be of assistance in preparing for the meat hygiene test. But it can also serve as a reminder in later professional life.
An attempt is made to cover important subject areas that could be relevant for the meat hygiene exam: the actual slaughterhouse and meat inspection of various animal species, the listing of the most important legal bases, the transport of slaughtered animals with aspects relevant to animal welfare and slaughtering.
