I've been a fan of their platform for a while now but the new features they've implemented recently have secured their place as my most valuable business tool. It's pretty sweet! #PunIntended

Glitches occasionally for no reason, BUT it is flawless. Except, that it will blank out everything you've entered if there is a configuration change

The new update seems to have removed all visibility of viewing my emails. Not even showing under opportunities etc. Very frustrating!

Features:
Caller ID phone number matching: Caller ID has been improved to recognize a wider variety of phone number formats and identify many country codes when omitted so that more matches are made on incoming calls.
Fixed Issues:
* When viewing a long email that does not fit on a single screen, the text is truncated and it is not possible to scroll to view the rest of the email content.
