Good app and discounts. But delivery needs to be faster. Takes a lot of time and a major flaw is no cancellation option or online payment option. I once clicked confirm by mistake and had to basically call customer service for cancellation. But overall a nice app.

Hi, We're always looking to improve your experience. We have provided delivery service within 30-45 min depending on distance from restaurant to customer end. There is a cancellation options beside track my order in MY ORDER section. Once the order will be accepted by restaurant the cancellation option will be disable.

Having a good experience using the app but I would say that the customer support can be improved more in the future. Other than that the service is good and the best part is they have unlimited offers which makes them unique.

Didn't provide discount as mentioned in the coupon. Says 50% off upto ā¹130, but provides a discount of only ā¹100 in a order of ā¹750. Upon communication, says, "Delivery is free so the discount is limited to ā¹100". What a joke! Atleast mention the same in the coupon. Totally unprofessional! Never ordering again!
