With just this app, combined with the web version, you can transfer files and messages across platforms within a local network.
First, open the app. On other devices, open a browser and go to wlantool.com to select the current network, or enter the phone's local IP with port 8888 (for example, 192.168.1.103:8888). If there is no network, you can create a hotspot, have other devices connect to it, and then enter the hotspot's IP with port 8888 in the browser to send files and messages to each other.
This app also has features like a walkie-talkie, audio and video calls, and a local cloud. By entering the phone's local IP with port 8888 and the path 'explorer' in a browser (for example, 192.168.1.43:8888/explorer), you can view images and documents on your phone online and play audio and video files. For unsupported audio and video formats, you can use a third-party player (for example, installing VLC player allows you to play rmvb videos).
