It's like they hired a teenage with no life experience to develop the app. Doesn't have all items that the store offers. Spelling for same product/Co. is not always the same. It will not search partial spelling. It's never up to date with what is out of stock. It puts odds items that do not belong in a search. You can't delete items off your already ordered list that you no longer need to order (like baby moves up to a different milk.) Coupons may say 1 of 5 used but allows no more. Poorly done!

I placed an order through your Suki app on Tuesday - March 26,2024, which was supposed to be delivered on the same day. However, there were some technical issues, as per the assigned personnel. Himamaylan staff were doing their best, but your system keeps on crashing.My items were not yet delivered, but your Suki app marked them as completed. Please help the branch fix the error so I can have my items delivered today. The delivery has been delayed for six (6) days.

I ordered yesterday until now my status is to confirm. But the sched of the delivery is also yesterday. I think this is fake, no cancelation option, no hotline or csr to talk. I wasted my time to this app.
