🔐 PROMINENT BACKGROUND LOCATION DISCLOSURE:
UBD Team Tracker collects location data (including precise GPS coordinates in the background) strictly during active work hours to calculate employee daily travelled kilometers for travel allowance reimbursements and field visit tracking, even when the app is closed or not in use.

Background location tracking starts ONLY when an employee punches in ("Start Today's Plan") and stops immediately upon Punch Out. A persistent notification is always displayed while background tracking is active to maintain user transparency. Location data is never sold or shared with third parties.
