Ratings and reviews

App is decent but the quality of the leads is the problem. I am getting job seeker and another business owner as a lead which is a cause of concern. The scrapping of irrelevant leads is provided but that's efficient. Even after submitting a valid feedback, the leads are not getting scrapped. One important point is that I not able to view the feedback that I provided. After submitting the feedback it should be viewable to me. There transperancy is lacking.

I purchased subscription for my classes, 0 leads converted in 7 months, with urbanpro I converted 15 leads in 2 months in cheaper price. App is worst, if you update criteria then it gets undone automatically on next day. You can not scrap leads even if they are not genuine because app doesn't allow that. and most of the leads are already contacted by many competitors.

The most pathetic App. Leads do not at all match with the posted keywords. Again the keywords as desired are not allowed by the App. I want to put words " Real Estate" before all my keywords, but the great App doesn't allow. The staff says that new keywords cannot be created and only already searched keywords can be posted. Now only already searched keywords do not describe my services appropriately, which is why I receive 95% of leads as most irrelevant ones...
