I tried logging in using my phone number, and while I am able to do so on the website, the app keeps throwing an error that the phone number is not valid. The email login on the app doesn't have a password option. only OTP. if you select a seat for an artist and backout, that seat is blocked for a few minutes giving you an illusion of it selling fast. but if you wait 15 minutes, that seat is available again. on the payment screen, won't let me add month/year for my credit card payment.
