Summary Pocket is a storage subscription service where you can deposit 3 boxes and clean up your room for 990 yen. A wide range of plans will help you find the storage that's perfect for you!

▷Flow of use

STEP1 Order the box
First, order the special box from the service site or app! We offer a total of 6 types of boxes, each with different management methods such as with/without photography, and with different shapes and sizes.

STEP2　Collection
When you receive the special box, fill it with the luggage you want to deposit and request collection from your smartphone or PC.
You can freely set the location where you want the box to be picked up. We will come to pick up your parcel from anywhere in the country within our supported areas, such as your parents' home, hotel at your destination, or golf course.
You can also call the "Nearest Sagawa Express Office" or bring your luggage to the nearest Sagawa Express handling store!

STEP3 Removal
You can retrieve your checked baggage at any time with a simple operation on your smartphone or PC! Even if you suddenly need it, your package will be delivered to you as soon as the next day.
You can freely set the delivery address for pick-up. You can also use it to deliver luggage left at home to a business trip or to a relative's home.

*If the deposit cannot be confirmed within 30 days of ordering the box, a box fee equal to the monthly storage fee will be charged.
*Monthly storage fee will not be charged until you deposit the box.
*This service has a minimum storage period. An early retrieval option fee will be charged for removing boxes between the month of storage and the end of the month after next.
*Services are available only to those residing in Japan.

We are working hard to improve the cleanliness of our storage centers so that we can safely store your luggage. In addition to regularly cleaning the storage center, our staff always wears gloves when handling customer packages.

Summary Pocket's storage center is fully prepared for disasters such as earthquakes and floods. To protect your valuable belongings, the storage shelves are earthquake-proofed. We are also particular about the location of the storage center, which takes into consideration the safe areas on the hazard map.
