About this app

SUMFlights lets travellers book flights and pay by mobile money, and gives travel agencies everything they need to sell and manage tickets from their phone.

FOR TRAVELLERS
• Search and compare flight fares — one-way, return and multi-city.
• Book without an account — your booking and e-ticket are emailed to you.
• Pay with EVC Plus, ZAAD, SAHAL or WAAFI — approve the payment on your phone and your e-ticket is issued right away.
• Your booking page — status, ticket number and e-ticket download, plus "Find my booking" if you lose the email.

FOR TRAVEL AGENCIES — the same account and wallet you use on sumflights.com
• Search and compare fares — one-way, return and multi-city, with stops, baggage and fare rules shown before you book.
• Hold or pay now — hold a seat while your customer decides, or issue straight away from your agency wallet. Every payment asks for confirmation first.
• Fast passenger entry — scan a passport with the camera to fill in traveller details, then review everything before you book.
• Manage after booking — request date changes, refunds, voids and cancellations from the booking itself, with the price shown before you agree to anything.
• Stay informed — notifications when a ticket is issued, a hold is about to expire, an airline changes the schedule or a refund quote is ready.
• Your wallet at a glance — balance, credit and recent transactions.
• Support chat — talk to the SUMFlights support team inside the app.
• Agency profile — update your agency details, logo, personal details and password.

GETTING STARTED
Travellers can book straight away. Agencies sign in with their SUMFlights agent account. New agency? Register from the app — our team reviews every application before the account is activated.
