The application allows Sumikura's partners specifically the Station & the Station's workers to actively register for the warranty when the end user requests it without having to communicate directly to Sumikura.
In the process of handling warranty-related tasks, users can look up the warranty period of the product, check the warranty history & warranty activation history related to the product to be handled. From there, helping users to be more proactive in handling work.
In addition, when Sumikura has bonus policies related to warranty work, users can view it directly on the app. At the same time, users can see the revenue / commission corresponding to the jobs they have handled.
Finally, the application also allows users to send questions directly to customer service on the application
