Uploaded original billing is rejected because it is recognised as copy billing.. Cannot complain manually at the counter.

No wonder this apps got many bad reviews. I'm also one that got affected by multiple rejection of the receipt upload. When you expect the customer to be digital savvy, please also support to not being too rigid. WE ARE YOUR CUSTOMER. No features to upload from gallery as well. Refrain yourself on downloading and participate on this apps, no use.

No upload from captured photo. The upload from camera, the size adjustment is somehow fixed so instead of just adjusting the percentage we are forced to retake the picture again. There was tenant not listed so my receipt was rejected. Ensure all your tenants are listed and up-to-date. Rejecting receipt just 1 day after the purchase is too restrictive. Especially when we spent millions IDR at night 21:00. And you expect your customer to upload all the receipts before 00:00?
