Great concept but awful app. Every single time I have tried to submit my weekly report, for the last eight weeks, the app just churns and churns and churns. It doesn't accept or reject the input. It takes around 5 or 6 goes to finally get it to accept. This week is the last straw for me. I let it sit for 10 minutes and still nothing. I tried turning my phone on and off. I've tried submission around 7 times today. I have better things to do with my life as do most people, to keep trying apps multiple times when they just don't work. I have to keep trying because I have money at stake however I will be cancelling my commitment and won't touch be using this app again nor recommending it to anyone.
Can't even login.. "experiencing difficulties"...
I'm trying to add my birthdate and it keeps telling me the format I'm inputting is incorrect. How is mmddyyyy incorrect??? Now I can't move forward with an account cuz every which way I input the dates it is wrong according to the app.
Today is my reporting day, but the app will not let me report. It says I have Have to wait one more day to report? And yet it says that the report is due today at the same time. I tried to call customer service but there was only an answering machine and nobody called back all day.
Reminders do not work. The app goes to sleep and never sends notifications. This means you forget to report and get charged even if you are meeting your goals.
This app is amazing for developing a new habit. What I love about it is the stakes can be what you make it, you can set any goal, and the interface is super intuitive. Well done, y'all
