Bluetooth and ear plugs are are a necessity for listening. High quality clear and comfortable also. I switch between both, depending on what activities. Highly recommend this brand.

The app makes you make an account but afterwards doesn't let you do anything. Says it keeps crashing and kicking me out of the app that I need to "clear my cache" then "restart/update" 😤

It makes you make an account before you can use it. AND SHARE YOUR LOCATION! Which is pointless for a headphone app, it's just to gather data. AVOID
