A verification site with absolutely no support or way to contact them is extremely suspect at best.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the failed verification process for both myself and my twin brother. It appears that your verification system has mistakenly identified our profiles as duplicates, despite the fact that we are two separate individuals with different legal identity documents. This issue seems to stem from your system’s inability to accurately differentiate between identical twins, which is disappointing and has caused unnecessary inconvenience.

Horrible service. Support links and apps don't work. Tells me to turn off VPN but no VPN on. Says to contact support but no way to contact support. Will never use a business that uses this service.
