Through the Delayed Auditory Feedback effect and the speaker will have trouble articulating while speaking, effectively inhibiting his or her speech! Thank you for downloading.

Minimum delay is 1800ms I can't set it to be lower which makes the app useless

all it does is screech. I thought it was to stop others' annoying noises by scoring their brains down.
