Horrible company. Everything in my first order was short dated. Tried to skip my second order, but apparently you can't do that from the app. Reducing quantities to 0 does not work. They still automatically sent me food that I can't even eat due to allergies and refused to refund my card. Said I would have had to login to the website for it to actually make it skip. Predatory app design. Having to initiate a dispute with my credit card company. Will not use this service again.

I had several shipments get lost, including two that were meals I had been relying on for feeding family with varied dietary restrictions. Recently, they've sent boxes during weeks I have specifically requested to skip shipments, and there's not much recourse to the customer available if that happens, since there's no way in your account to see if you skipped a shipment for a date that's in the past. After a couple of these, I bailed. Not worth the cost for food you didn't order and can't eat.

Not ready for primetime. App/program does not "fail gracefully". Went through entire rigmarole to get on program. Then there was a "heat delay" I logged in to account and could find no trace of what I had ordered or what I signed up for or even the delivery address even. No apparent link to sign the heat waiver either. If problem with CC should be allowed to fix. Meal plans are supposed to be quick and easy and if I have to duplicate effort then it's not. I cancelled.
