Ratings and reviews

The blanket seems to work via manual controls but the app absolutely refuses to connect after multiple attempts, resets, and two different phones. Strangely enough the app connected immediately to a connected oil diffuser twice the distance away, it just won't connect to the mattress pad it's designed for. Untested garbage that will be returned as soon as possible.

We love this blanket. We've had it for over a year and it still works great. Occasionally the app/control start acting up and I can't do anything on it but the solution is to unplug the cord from the wall and leave it unplugged for a few minutes. That reboots the control and it works perfectly afterwards. Four stars because of this

The Google Home integration is terrible and doesn't work at all. Furthermore the buttons that appear on my Google home interface are all jumbled up with some of the right side buttons appearing in the left column and vice versa. Super disappointing, because the whole reason I bought this blanket was because it claimed to work well with Google home. Edit: I just now read all of negative reviews from people having the same problem. I wish I'd seen this before purchasing this defective product.
