We use this app to control our queen sized heated blanket. No dark mode for an app that gets used at night doesn't make sense. I hope this will be fixed soon. It would also be helpful to be able to name the sides of the blanket so there is no confusion on which side you are adjusting. The terms used in the message center are also confusing. "Alarm" seems to just be a routine notification. I'm not sure what is needed and what is safe to turn off.

Love the pad, hate the app. I love being able to crawl into a warm bed. It makes me so happy. But apparently whenever the app updates you lose all your settings. So what feels like several times a month, I go upstairs all cold and realize the pad is off. I open the app and again, my schedule is gone! I have to reset it all up. Maybe if it would alert me that it was updated and schedule needed to be reset that would be ok. But it makes me sad going to my cold bed.

The app lost all my schedules for no reason. I want to get into a warm bed and it isn't! Hurumph! Until January 2023, the app grabbed the contents of my Android clipboard whenever it started, which is a serious security and trust violation! It doesn't do that anymore so I bought the Sunbeam blanket. But now it's losing my warming schedules! :-(
