About this app

QR Assets is a mobile application for asset inventory, asset verification, condition reporting, maintenance control and repair request management.

The application is designed to work together with the QR Assets web service and the QR Assets extension for 1C:Enterprise 8. Registration in the web service is required to use the mobile application.

QR Assets helps companies manage assets by storage location, room, workplace, department, hotel room, production area, vehicle, machine or complex technical unit. Each asset can be identified by a QR code or barcode, checked during inventory, photographed, and linked to maintenance or repair tasks.

With the QR Assets mobile application, users can:

• Scan QR codes and barcodes to identify assets
• Perform planned or unplanned inventory using a mobile phone
• Check asset availability and actual condition
• Take photos as proof of asset presence and condition
• View asset details, configuration and technical information
• Register breakdowns and attach photos to repair requests
• Receive assigned inventory, maintenance and repair tasks
• Report completed work after service or repair

Inventory tasks are created in the QR Assets system and assigned to responsible employees. The assigned user receives an inventory list in the mobile application and checks each asset on site. During inventory, the user can confirm asset presence, update its condition, add comments and take photos.

The application is useful for companies that need reliable asset control across offices, hotels, warehouses, production sites, customer locations, service areas or technical facilities. It helps reduce manual work, improve inventory accuracy, document asset condition and control maintenance activities.
