About this app

QR-Inventory is a web service, mobile application and extension for 1C:Enterprise 8.
To work in the mobile application, registration in the Web service is required!
The QR-Inventory system will allow you to:
1. Keep records of property in places of storage: in offices, hotel rooms or workplaces;
2. Create and print labels with QR codes from 1C;
3. Plan and conduct inventory using a mobile phone;
4. Record a photo report on the current state of the property;
5. Register breakdowns, appoint responsible persons and control the execution of work.
Accounting for property objects by storage locations
Accounting for property by storage places allows you to systematize information about the configuration of workplaces, premises or individual divisions. Storage locations can be:
• hotel rooms,
• workplaces of production sites,
• office rooms,
• pieces of equipment with equipment installed on them,
• complex devices (computers, ATMs, coffee machines, vending machines)
Reading the QR code with a smartphone (without an application) allows you to get information about the accounting object, equipment and service schedule. Registration in the web service is required to access the information.
Inventory plan
The system allows in the program 1C: Enterprise to plan the dates of the inventory and appoint those responsible for the implementation. Inventory planning is possible according to the following parameters:
• by inventory items,
• at the location of the property,
• by materially responsible person,
• by structural subdivisions.
The created inventory task is displayed in the task list of the assigned employee.
Marking of accounting objects
The extension for 1C:Enterprise allows you to customize the layout of the label and the content of the information on it. On the label you can print:
• QR code or Barcode
• Object name
• Code or inventory number
• Any other information from the 1C database.

Printing is done on a label printer. The recommended set of equipment is presented on the website http://www.qr-inventory.ru/hardware/
When used with the right supplies, labels can be durable, water-resistant, printed on textile media, or printed on metal plates.
Taking inventory
Inventory can be planned or sudden. In the QR INVENTORY system, it is possible to draw up an inventory schedule.
The task for the inventory is uploaded to the mobile application to the employees who will conduct this event.
In the mobile application of the responsible person, an inventory list appears with cards of objects for verification.
During the inventory, the employee updates information about the availability and condition of the object, can take a photo of the property.
The results of the inventory are loaded into a standard document Inventory in the 1C accounting program.
Monitoring the state of the accounting object
The mobile application allows:
1. Control the availability and condition of the property using a photo report. In the application, it is possible to take photographs of the object with confirmation of its presence and actual condition.
2. Place all data on the equipment of the property in the object's accounting card. This allows you to find out all the technical characteristics of the object without opening the device (this is true for complex technical devices that cannot be opened without the appropriate specialists: ATMs, servers, electrical panels).
3. Plan and control scheduled property maintenance.
Registration of breakdowns, planning of maintenance and repairs
The mobile application allows you to register a breakdown. In the mobile application, you can describe the problem and attach a photo. A repair request is assigned to a specialist.
The specialist assigned to the task has information about the problem. Attached is a photo.
The employee who carries out the repair, after completing the task, sends a report on the work done.
