I would gladly pay a reasonable amount to get this app without ads. For the first few months, it was great - an ad pops up, you close the ad, and the features of the app, especially the magnifying and picture functions, are fantastic. But now the ads are full screen, are next to impossible to close, and completely block the functions of the app, INCLUDING HOW TO TURN THE LIGHT OFF AGAIN! Even swiping to close the app does not turn off the light. So now this is completely useless for me.

I like the app except being asked to rate it so often. Nice to have a variety of modes, like SOS emergency flashing, even Morris Code (cool, but useless, except maybe after a post apocalyptic event) and even a compass. My biggest gripe is that it's too easy to accidentally switch settings, like to a rapid strobe, with an inadvertent brush of the finger. Another minor inconvenience is that it stays on even after the phone is turned off if you forget to turn it off before exiting.

I tried every function, and so far I'm very happy with this app. Some are complaining that the light takes too long; from the time I press the widget it takes two seconds. Two seconds! If I need a light on quicker than than, I'll buy a flashlight. For my phone, I can wait the two seconds. I really like the camera macro, and I think I use that more than the flashlight. I also like the compass, because I do a lot of camping & hiking. Unless I get bombed with ads, I'll happily keep using this app.
