About this app

This is a mobile-based production and inventory management system that supports Seonghwa Vina's production sites and warehouse operations. Key on-site tasks, such as worker management, production performance registration, inventory movement, inbound/outbound processing, and inventory inquiry, can be performed in a mobile environment, and production and logistics information can be managed in real time.

1) Production Work Management
You can start production tasks by selecting workers and equipment, and manage the progress status of work for target items. When registering production performance, production quantities and defect information can be processed together.

2) Inventory Movement Management
It supports inventory movement tasks at the production site. It allows for the movement of materials and products between workstations, and inventory locations can be managed through polybag and rack movement functions.

3) Warehouse Inbound/Outbound Management
You can handle inbound and outbound tasks necessary for warehouse operations, such as OEM receiving, order receiving, production outbound, and production inbound, directly on your mobile device.

4) Inventory Status Inquiry
You can check inventory status and storage locations by viewing inventory status by LOT and by Rack. This app is an enterprise mobile application for Seonghwa Vina employees to perform production and logistics tasks.
