Ratings and reviews

Horrible! The website uses a username and password. The app asks for an email. After a couple of failed logins, I tried to reset my password. Guess what: it doesn't work! I get an automated message sending me to a website where I'm supposed to click a "Request help" link. Guess what again: there's no such link on the website. There is no way to unlock the account and no way to request help. Absolutely horrible experience.

The app will open but signing is a no. I try to sign in a different way and the loading screen will stay on forever. I have to close and reopen the app to try to get it to work, but still never does. My coworker Sun Life app works fine. It's probably something to do with my phone. I was able to open up and sign in earlier in the year (01/2025). but I can't currently (06/25). Will update review if changes happen.

The app keeps telling me there is no account registered to my email while I'm on my account within a web page on the same device. I really hope your insurance is better than your app.
