Sun Life Dental (U.S.) is an easy and convenient way to access your Sun Life dental benefits. Everything you need to manage your dental benefits can be found right on your phone and we even offer biometrics or social login so it is fast. It's just one more way we make health and benefits easier.

With the app, you can:

No need to keep track of a printed version of your card. You can view and share an electronic ID card right from your phone, send it to your dentist's office via text or email and save it to your phone's digital wallet.

Locate an in-network provider near you with the click of a button. You can search by location, name, gender or more.

Quickly check the status of your claims to see how they have been paid. You can even view, save, or send your Explanation of Benefits.

Ratings and reviews

The app will open but signing is a no. I try to sign in a different way and the loading screen will stay on forever. I have to close and reopen the app to try to get it to work, but still never does. My coworker Sun Life app works fine. It's probably something to do with my phone. I was able to open up and sign in earlier in the year (01/2025). but I can't currently (06/25). Will update review if changes happen.

I logged in and it told me I needed to have a code sent to verify my access. I used the code sent in the email but was told that was incorrect. I even asked another person to look at what I was entering. I then asked to send another code, the app kicked me out & refused to recognize the password I just used. I did reset password, where the app refused to acknowledge that new password as well (twice). If negative ratings were an option...

Cannot log in. Biometrics doesn't work. Says email and password is incorrect most times, when sent a 6 digit code it will never accept it.
