Sunlit Cassette turns your phone into a cassette deck for the music you already own.

Wow and flutter, tape saturation, hiss. Mechanical transport sounds sampled one by one from an '80s deck. And a VFD spectrum analyzer glowing in that unmistakable cyan.

An offline music player for your local files — MP3, FLAC and more — with a full 32-bit float effects chain and hi-res support.

• Track and artist names glow with a soft bloom around their edges
• Five bloom patterns — Night Room, Hi Energy, Brick Road, Tear Up, Star Burst — plus off
• Honeycomb grid overlay in three densities, or off
• Three spectrum scales — follow Nyquist (hi-res shows its top octave), fixed 20 kHz ISO, or a retro gauge
• Overlay the spectrum with the track name, or show either on its own

Sunlit Cassette plays music files stored on your device. It is not a streaming app.
