As the central place for managing a new kind of home energy ecosystem, Sunnova enables homeowners to manage and optimize their Sunnova Adaptive Home™.

The history, might be realistic but the current readings are always off. It'll say exporting in the middle of the night. If I'm using a ton of power on a cloudy day it'll still be exporting. But I also could be using basically no power at all on an extremely sunny day and it'll say for example (producing 5.0kw, using 4.9kw) but I'll look at the meter and it'll be flying backwards. I've called and had tickets in with customer service and IT but they all go unanswered or "no issues found".

The app is Seriously lacking and inaccurate. There is no visibility into the battery backup system, the "real time" information is inaccurate at best, and just like their customer service experience every time you call, it's just awful. Considering how often Sunnova sends out marketing emails to existing customers to get them to spend more, they can't even improve their customer service or self service product.

App is useless. Last 3 times I logged in to see that days numbers, its blank and doesn't show production. Have to uninstall and reinstall the app and it works for a few days, then back to not showing current or the previous day. For what we're paying, I'd expect the app to be alot better
