The history, might be realistic but the current readings are always off. It'll say exporting in the middle of the night. If I'm using a ton of power on a cloudy day it'll still be exporting. But I also could be using basically no power at all on an extremely sunny day and it'll say for example (producing 5.0kw, using 4.9kw) but I'll look at the meter and it'll be flying backwards. I've called and had tickets in with customer service and IT but they all go unanswered or "no issues found".

I have not been able to retrieve any data concerning my system for weeks. The app appears to be frozen and unresponsive. I am going to uninstall it and reinstall to see if that fixes the issue. Overall, this app has not been very useful from the start of using it. I also find it interesting that I somehow, according to the app, when it works, always use the same amount of energy that I produce every month.

The app is Seriously lacking and inaccurate. There is no visibility into the battery backup system, the "real time" information is inaccurate at best, and just like their customer service experience every time you call, it's just awful. Considering how often Sunnova sends out marketing emails to existing customers to get them to spend more, they can't even improve their customer service or self service product.
