Solar company was bought out by SunStrong and as the other mentioned as well; the app no longer works. The only information you can get is the monthly summary. No way to see if the system is even working and this is just 1 of so many problems with SunStrong. They never answer phones, and when you do reach them, they can't even find the correct department for you. This has to void our contracts, right? We have no access to our system in which we signed that we would.

The history, might be realistic but the current readings are always off. It'll say exporting in the middle of the night. If I'm using a ton of power on a cloudy day it'll still be exporting. But I also could be using basically no power at all on an extremely sunny day and it'll say for example (producing 5.0kw, using 4.9kw) but I'll look at the meter and it'll be flying backwards. I've called and had tickets in with customer service and IT but they all go unanswered or "no issues found".

The app is Seriously lacking and inaccurate. There is no visibility into the battery backup system, the "real time" information is inaccurate at best, and just like their customer service experience every time you call, it's just awful. Considering how often Sunnova sends out marketing emails to existing customers to get them to spend more, they can't even improve their customer service or self service product.
