The history, might be realistic but the current readings are always off. It'll say exporting in the middle of the night. If I'm using a ton of power on a cloudy day it'll still be exporting. But I also could be using basically no power at all on an extremely sunny day and it'll say for example (producing 5.0kw, using 4.9kw) but I'll look at the meter and it'll be flying backwards. I've called and had tickets in with customer service and IT but they all go unanswered or "no issues found".

The app is Seriously lacking and inaccurate. There is no visibility into the battery backup system, the "real time" information is inaccurate at best, and just like their customer service experience every time you call, it's just awful. Considering how often Sunnova sends out marketing emails to existing customers to get them to spend more, they can't even improve their customer service or self service product.

Like the other reviewer, my account was sold to Sun Strong, and I can't get in at all. calling in took over an hour on hold only to be called back by a collection agent of the company saying my awd did not withdraw the correct amount. Now, whose fault is that?! When I advised him of my issue, he said they were aware of customers not being able to access their accounts and that they were working on it. So, now, it's been a month since that incident, and I still can't get in my account!
