This is amazing and all but.. I love this app. It's absolutely amazing- besides the fact that i can't seem to use pen pressure in both photoshop or paint tool sai. This was something i really needed.. i hope I'm messing something up but...
Great concept. Needs Improvements As a proof of concept this app isn't bad. I downloaded the Lite version on my Samsung Note Pro 12.2, which has a small banner ad. I had some trouble with the bluetooth connection to my Mac Book Pro, which I found to be extremely slow. WIFI connection was better with virtually no lag. As mentioned in other reviews there is no support for pressure sensitivity. Also this doesn't work with S-pen buttons, something that would be a great feature. I would have liked if this mirrored the screen somehow like the new Wacom Tablets. One final thing I noticed was that the notification popups when you first start the app are upside down. Keep working SunnySideSoft.
Awesome APP but.... Screen rotation! I understand the difficulties about pen pressure on photoshop and everything, but why not allow screen rotation? I use a Samsung Note 10.1 2014 edition and it works great, except that I accidentally click on the buttons while using it because I can't turn it around! The day you implement screen rotation support is the day I buy the app! Other features I would like to see implemented would be: - A greater range of % of full screen mode (10.1 inches makes your arm tired after a couple of hours of use if you're constantly moving through the extremities of the screen); -Turning off the display while using it (obviously just on the paid version, because of the advertising bar); -USB connection. This feature request is somehow related to the turning off the display while using it one. Battery use saving. -Finger support to pan/zoom etc; I ended up liking this app so much I use the pen mode as a mouse. It gets frustrating to have no way to scroll. Or using the button of the pen as a mouse wheel.. Yet another feature I would really like to see available would be to have a zoom in image of the portion of the screen where the pointer is. Other than this I really like this app.
Pretty cool app that still needs work. After a bit of tinkering, I was able to get this working (Galaxy Note 3). Pressure sensitivity wasn't working in the programs I tried it in (Blender 3D and GIMP), but it may work in other programs. I have tried both wifi and bluetooth connections, both with similar results. The thing that really killed it was the inability to track fine, rapid strokes. It simply couldn't keep up with a rapid succession of fine lines. Definitely fun to play with, it seemed to track motion quite well when you weren't confusing it. Worth checking out for fun, but it doesn't replace even a simple graphics tablet. Would love to see the S-Pen button mappable to right, left, or middle click.
has few kinks and flaws, but otherwise very helpful. been using it for days now, can't get bored of it, mot only it's easy to use (kinda) but it's very efficient if you have a Note phone on the cheap and can't afford a drawpad, i gave it 3 outta 5 because it's major flaw is that it does not support pressure, or at least on my device.
This was used with the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 from T-Mobile | For the most part, it works. Over wifi it's almost perfect with the periodic latency issues. Bluetooth on the otherhand, you're going to have some hassle. Everything works fine on bluetooth with the exception of latency. Latency which lags behind at least 5 seconds or so. However, pressure sensitivity is a no go on any drawing application I use - ranging from Windows Journal, Paint Tool SAI, and PaintdotNet. If this was fixed, this can easily bring this review up to a 5 star rating.
