About this app

SUN WMS turns an Android phone, rugged scanner or Galaxy Fold into a fast warehouse terminal for your own Odoo 18 or 19 database.

SCAN-DRIVEN OPERATIONS
• Receipts, deliveries and internal transfers: scan products, lots, serials, packages and shelves
• Guided picking in shelf order, one task at a time
• Cluster picking: pick several orders at once, each into its own colour-coded tote
• Batch and wave transfers from Odoo
• Put-away with suggested shelves
• Returns, and new transfers created on the spot

• Works with built-in scanners (Zebra, Honeywell, Urovo…), Bluetooth scanners and the camera
• Sounds and vibration for every scan, so you don't have to look at the screen
• Per-operation settings: required scans, autofill quantities, reserved lots, blind mode
• Keeps working when Wi-Fi drops: scans are saved and synced later
• Prints product, lot, package and shelf labels as PDF, or ZPL to Zebra printers

• Two-pane layout on tablets and foldables

Your data stays in your Odoo. SUN WMS talks only to the Odoo server you sign in to. No ads, no tracking, no third-party services.

Requirements: an Odoo 18 or 19 database with the Inventory app and a user account. The database is detected automatically. Manufacturing and batch features appear when those Odoo apps are installed.

What’s new

New left menu: tap ☰ on phones; tablets keep a menu on the left that you can collapse. It shows your company and server, switches company, and only lists what your Odoo rights allow. New colour themes in Settings → Appearance: 8 light and 10 dark, chosen separately for light and dark mode (SUN Classic stays the default). Better contrast for text and buttons.
