the data package I ordered is not going through to my account. I've used this service for years and idk why this is happening, this never happened before. I have two numbers one for me and one for my daughter - and neither is working 😞

The app works for the basic functions that shows info such as your remaining credit, amount of mobile internet, free calls etc that's left, however, when I use it to activate roaming for example, the internet doesn't work whatsoever. I've tried it while travelling in multiple countries and was forced to buy new prepaid cards that were native to the country there. Overall, works well enough in Estonia

Terrible. I see dashboard but cant top up (loading data fails). Im at home on wifi, tried updating, reinstalling, logging out and in... nothing helps...
