Ratings and reviews

It's a great game overall, my biggest complaint is how pay to win the game can be, about 75 percent of the items in the shop are bought with money, which makes it so much easier to level up cards instantly. I don't like about paying for mobile games, so I've always been a free to play user. There's been some challenges against pay to win users, but nothing major if you manage to have good level cards

Very slow, bad design for its speed and map size where a single mistake ends the game, being just 2 levels behind is nearly a guaranteed loss, pay2win for sure, and worst sound design I've experienced in a while. That said, it has a fair bit of free content, progression isn't insanely grindy yet, matchmaking is decent, updates are frequent, and game modes are cycled out fairly often. There's fun to be had and it's addictive, but I don't think it's a well-designed game. Enjoy it for a while.

I've played clash for a little over two years on my current account and I used to play back when it was first released, I do enjoy the game despite not agreeing with everything supercell has done to it, I definitely look forward to the future and the hopeful corrections of past greed, but other than that I think this game has solidified my support! I definitely don't take the game as seriously anymore but its fun to just hop on and waste some time
