Request a refund in the app within 14 days for eligible plans that have not been installed or used. AI estimates and answers may be inaccurate; check the plan details before buying.

An eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked device is required. Availability and activation rules vary by plan. Plans provide data only, without a phone number, calls or SMS. Restoring account access does not transfer an installed eSIM profile.
