App stopped working after I made a purchase. It won't open anymore and gives me an "unknown error" message any time I try. I reached out to customer support, and after only two emails from them where they suggested I use their live support chat on the app (which is impossible for me to do), and asking for a screen recording of the issue (which I provided), they've gone completely silent. I do not recommend this app at all.

this app great but there is a biggest problem in this app and you should fixed this problem as soon as possible ! the problem is premium room ! if the streamer opens per minute premium room then some people open and they didn't know or see the per minute option and they're coins are gone by automatically ! and that's the reason people gets coin finished suddenly and they don't know when and how your coins get finished ! so stopped the per minute premium option !

worst app ever. This is the first time I am using and I am so disappointed with their service firstly I tried withdrawing the money it has been more than 5 days the money has not been reflected on my bank account secondly worst customer care support.I tried connecting with them they don't respond quickly and also doesn't solve the query they'll tell you that they will connect you with a human agent and later on they shall ghost you. so so disappointed never gonna use it again
