If I could give it zero stars I would. Almost as bad as Bigo live with the amount of rude, hateful people here. As of recently the app won't even open for me, only flashing the SuperLive start up screen with its blue background, and never loading past that. When I can get it to work, the app is so slow, that I can't even get past the select your interest page, even though I've selected my interests about nine times now. And no SuperLive I'm not sending you a complaint email, read the feedback.

The app gives you the option to use your credit/debit card, But you are unable to use it. I've contacted customer support, and they've told me that usually the bank will block the transaction. So I contacted my bank and they told me that no transaction even took place. I messaged customer service about the issue. I have yet to hear back from them. Update 1/7/24 Finally got my card to start working until the most recent update. Now we're back at square, where the support team is blaming my card

Great service, lots of fun. Unfortunately the translation feature requires that VPN is off, which is unfortunate. Update: Bluetooth now WORKS on Google Pixel 7a. Audio also works well on Samsung Galaxy 12. thanks for a great job, devs. Now, please let translation work through VPN again... I should say that the Superlive devs are always working on the app and do respond to these reviews. Thanks devs!
