I have had an issue with the game where it will not save my progression. Every time I restart, it boots up in the same place I was in before making any progress. I reset my progress, and it is happening again. I have contacted support twice with no response. I have made purchases that I would like refunded, or I want the issue fixed. The game is fun, but it's pointless to play if I'm not progressing. If my issue is resolved I will change to five stars.

The loading screen never budges. Would like to just play the original, but it's not compatible with my device :(. As soon as I log in or even try as a guest, "loading the terrain" will not change even after loading for an hour. The only reason it's at a 2 star is because of the fun I had with the original.

I emailed CS 5 days ago for an issue and never got a response. Today's glitch just cost me hours of gameplay. After unlocking the alpha lizard, it would not allow me to claim. After restarting the app, I now lack several stars and much gold. I'm not expecting much of a fix or even a response, which sucks, because it's a great game. I actually paid to remove ads I like it so much. Not worth it if the glitches are going to cost me that much time and effort.
