Ratings and reviews

There doesn't seem to be any intuitive way to switch back and forth between a 'monthly subscription' and 'pay per wash' on the app, or at least confirm which type of subscription you have. I have no way of confirming if I have a monthly subscription or if it's going to charge me every time I go through the app lane. I am trying to set it up for a monthly unlimited wash. This is very frustrating for a new user who wants to spend money at your location on a regular basis this summer.

Decent app, and I would have given it 5 stars had it not been for a persistent bug where it keeps wanting to sign you up for the pricier location's monthly fee (39.99), even though the nearest location is cheaper (36.99) and that's the one I usually go to. Because of this, I refuse to add my second car, since the app won't let me pick my preferred location as my base location.

The app works unless you are looking to use a promotional code to begin your subscription. Even when entering the code to initiate, the app failed to apply the code, and charged my credit card the first month. When I tried to make sure it did it correctly, the app then applied the code to an additional month. When I contacted the company they were unwilling to correct the mistake that their app created. Unfortunately, there is no way to use the service apart from the app. Please fix.

What’s new
