Highly disappointed with Knowlarity services. When I was a new customer, the product was priced at a fair price but now when the product is expired Knowlarity is charging me way too high. When I asked, why I am getting charged more for the same thing, they are saying they offered a huge discount last year which they can't give again. I was never informed that I am getting a discount at the time of purchase which won't be available at the renewal. Now, since the company knows I am tied up with them & it's difficult to port the numbers and which can hamper my business they are using all opportunities to fool and cheat me. Moreover, the sales guys are ruthless & rude with bossy nature. If you try to convince them to have a fair price then they don't entertain and ask you to switch to some other company. In short, they are not trustworthy at all who are always making false promises.

Pls do not use knowlarity. It's a waste of money. Their customer support number is out of service for days, they can't even fix their own IVR. They don't reply to mails. Suddenly IVR stopped working a week back and no one has cared to fix it. Pathetic service

Unable to save names after speaking to customers. Like to let others know its my follow up contact. Names arent getting saved anymore. Making it way difficult for other team members to understand whether its my follow up or theirs. Fix this issue before we have to discontinue using your app for our Company.
