fun game if you like merge games but their customer service is terrible. I don't usually pay to play online games but I actually spent money to complete a task in a certain time frame. Once I completed the task it showed completed then reverted back to the start. I reached out asking for a refund or at least the equivalent to the awards I should have received. Instead they let me know if was a known issue (meaning I'm not the only one who was affected) and they aren't issuing refunds.

A different twist on your average merge games so far so good... just a bit different. And good rewards to keep it moving without you having to pay out early to keep you in the game or stay interested. I like that. games that press you to invest monetarily too early make me lose interest especially slower games like merge games when I don't really care about the story line I just want to waste a bit of time in between appointments & get to the next level

I wanted to like this version of merge, but it's just awful. Don't bother w/Cook & Merge unless you *really* enjoy getting hammered with the same 3 ads each time you navigate anywhere in the app. It's true ad-blasting overkill. We all expect to get hit with ads, but you can't enter the app w/o getting slapped with at least 6 pop-ups. And then it really goes full force during your session - non-stop. Worse yet, it's still forcing unnecessary tutorials on you through level 8. Uninstalling now.
