I was using the app and it was going well for some time but about a month ago I sent about 5000 naira to the account to buy data up till now it has not come to my maps data account I talked to the customer service line about it and it was of no help, that was how I lost such amount of money. Please you guys should do something about it.

I will rate you nothing if there's option for it. Your services recently is poor, you don't attend to complain. All you do is copy and paste information without attending to the issue at hand. Now why disconnecting Airtel data and Glo data, when is only MTN data that's fluctuating. Refund me my money if you want to deactivate your app. The airtime I bought yesterday was not delivered to me. I complained nothing has been done. This app is not supposed to be on play store.

This company is one of the worse companies to have a financial transactions with because of their level of integrity. I transferred to your app since,despite being debited from my bank, it's not reflected. This is the second time this is happening. If you send messages to their whatsapp, you'll be aired. Is that one a reliable brand?
