About this app

SupervisionPro Guard is an enterprise security workforce management, digital patrol tour, and facility gate access application built specifically for professional security guards, patrol officers, and property protection teams.

CORE CAPABILITIES:

✔ Biometric Selfie Attendance & GPS Geofencing:
Fast, tamper-proof shift clock-in and clock-out with front camera selfie verification and automatic GPS geofencing validation against assigned client facility premises.

✔ QR Code & NFC Checkpoint Patrol Tours:
High-speed camera scanning of QR checkpoints and NFC tags along scheduled security patrol routes. Instant anti-spoof timestamping and inspection logging.

✔ Gate Security & Visitor Log Management:
Register site visitors with photograph capture, mobile number, vehicle number, host verification, and automated check-in/check-out tracking.

✔ Material Movement & Gate Pass Register:
Digitally track material inward and outward logistics, capture delivery challan and gate pass photos, record vendor details, and verify transport vehicles.

✔ Real-Time Incident Reporting with Photo Evidence:
Document on-site occurrences with live photos, categorize hazard levels (fire safety, vandalism, property damage, trespassers, medical emergency), and dispatch immediate alerts to the agency operations center.

✔ One-Touch Emergency SOS Panic Alarm:
Instant panic alarm with a 5-second cancel buffer, device siren, and real-time emergency GPS coordinate broadcast to security supervisors and agency control desks.

✔ Duty Rosters, Post Orders & Shift History:
Review assigned site posts, scheduled work shifts, site-specific post orders, and duty history logs directly on your mobile device.

✔ Offline-First Resilient Architecture:
Patrol checkpoint scans, attendance punches, and gate logs are cached safely in local storage during basement or remote signal dead-zones, and automatically synchronize as soon as connectivity is restored.

LOCATION & DATA PRIVACY TRANSPARENCY:
SupervisionPro strictly adheres to enterprise privacy standards:
- Shift-Only Background Location: Location data is accessed solely during active, on-duty shifts for officer safety and patrol route compliance. Tracking automatically terminates when you clock out.
- Camera & Storage: Camera access is utilized strictly for verified attendance selfies, gate log photo capture, and incident evidence documentation.
- Enterprise Security: All communications are encrypted end-to-end via secure HTTPS/TLS protocols. Account and data deletion is available at https://supervisionpro.in/account-deletion.

Note: SupervisionPro Guard requires an active security officer account provisioned by your employer or security agency registered on the SupervisionPro platform.
