Supportech AI is the companion app for stores monitored by Supportech's 24/7 remote CCTV monitoring service. When our operators see something at your store — a shoplifting attempt, a delivery, a cash-register event, an employee arriving or leaving, a shop opening late — they file a report, and it reaches your phone within seconds with the image or short video clip from your own cameras.
