Updated Jan. 31st 2025 My device does not open any door whatsoever. No Bluetooth, no NFC, nothing. Worst thing possible. Only way is downgrading the app. But deleting the app to downgrade will delete all the cards on the app and require admin support and maintenance credits (which cost money) to recreate/reissue the card. Now I'm locked outside my company with a dead app that doesn't work, damned be the day that I updated this application....

Not working with all kind of phone models. Support team says there is a manufacturer failure.... No solution provided by them. Only working first 10 minutes, after that i need to reboot the device or the app cannot find/recognize the door reading device. Tested on +1500 different phone models which 50% of them are failling.

Even with nft & Bluetooth enables, it waits for mobile network to provide access. Every 5 mins it looses it's connection. Makes the user wait at the door for long time to reconnect and work. If I had a choice I would not use this app.
