Supria Workspaces connects the execution of field audits to task management and action plans. Using a mobile phone or tablet, users can choose between the Audits and Action Hub environments and switch between them as needed.

Main functionalities:

AUDITORIES
- Execution of audits and checklists configured by scope, category, and evaluation criteria.

- Recording of conformities and non-conformities with comments, photographic evidence, and criticality classification.

- Creation and monitoring of action plans linked to identified items.

- Consultation of ongoing audits, results, pending items, and indicators.

- Review, signature, and completion of the audit process directly through the application.

ACTION HUB
- Visualization of the user's priorities, tasks, and pending items in "My Day".

- Access to lists and items organized by workspace.

- Monitoring of responsible parties, deadlines, status, and information for each action.

- Updating the progress of activities directly through the application.

- Approval or rejection of requests, with justification recorded.

The application also offers data synchronization to support work in locations with limited or unavailable connectivity, sending updates when internet access is restored.

Access is protected by Microsoft corporate login, providing an integrated and secure experience.

With Supria Workspaces, audits, evidence, pending items, and actions are centralized in a single environment, increasing process standardization, information traceability, and team agility.
