About this app

SureEye Manager is a tool for academy staff to send SMS, LMS, and MMS messages, as well as manage academy operations.

You can compose and send attendance notices, school closure/announcement messages, and exam schedule announcements to students' parents all in one place.

■ Key Features

· Today's Attendance Dashboard

View students who have arrived, left, been late, were absent, or were not present at a glance on the home screen. You can instantly change attendance status using the action button on the student card, and the changes are reflected in the academy system immediately. It supports switching between viewing "Students in Class Today" and "All Students."

· Integrated Message Sending (SMS, LMS, MMS)

You can add recipients in three ways:

- Student Parents: Select guardians of students registered at the academy in bulk

- My Phone Contacts: Select contacts from your device's address book (permission is requested only when selecting recipients)

- Manual Input: Add mobile phone numbers directly

You can combine these three methods within a single message, and the "[Student]" notation in the message body is automatically replaced with the student's name for each recipient. · Scheduled Sending

You can pre-schedule by selecting the desired date and time. Early morning and weekend sending are also automatically processed to fit the academy's schedule.

· Image Attachment (MMS)

You can attach up to 3 JPEG, PNG, or HEIC images. Data usage is minimized as JPEG conversion and compression are automatically applied upon attachment. (Subscription to the academy's MMS service is required.)

· Schedule Management

You can check scheduled sending history by date on the calendar and cancel them individually or in bulk.

· Sending History

You can view monthly sending history at a glance on the calendar, and filter and review successful, failed, or scheduled sends on the details screen.

· Automatic Login / Quick Entry

Once you log in, the app will automatically enter the home screen immediately after the splash screen on subsequent launches.

■ Academy Registration Guide

This app is available only to employees of academies registered with the SureEye Academy Management System. There is no external registration process; you log in using an employee account issued by the academy administrator. - Academy Registration Inquiries: [e-mail]

- Internet: Communicates with the academy server

- Photo Access: Requested only when attaching an MMS image

- Contact Access: Requested only when selecting a contact on your phone

Permissions are not automatically requested upon entering a screen; they are requested only when the user intends to use the relevant feature. Denying the permission does not affect the use of other functions.

· All communications are encrypted via TLS.

· Login credentials are stored only within the device and are excluded from device backup and migration.
