The app didnt work. It just kept searching for a location. Not to mention it never updated in the system and showed I had not done my fingerprinting now it is the holidays and everything is taking longer so my start date has to be changed and I am losing experience and money. Also, there should be a way to get an update on your status. Just twisting in the wind until I am cleared.

Literally just doesn't work or give you an option to enter your code.

I need to make an appointment with Sterling identity for department of labor new jersey unemployment but they have sent me a link but for some reason I can't get it to work
