About this app

saveyou is a location-sharing app for families and friends. See where everyone is on a map, and get automatic alerts when someone arrives at or leaves home, school or work. One app for both iPhone and Android.

■ What it does
- See everyone on a map. While moving, their heading and speed (walking, car, train…) show at a glance.
- Arrival & departure alerts. Drop a zone (geofence) on the places you go often — you get a notification even when the app is closed.
- Trip history. Look back at when and where you traveled, and retrace the route on the map.
- Easy invites. Show a QR code or send a link. The other person just installs the app and opens it to join.
- Battery friendly. High frequency only when you need it; low-power mode the rest of the time.
- Follow one person closely. Raise the update rate for just the person you care about right now.
- A dashboard on your lock screen. Check today's step count, a speedometer and your altitude trend at a glance.
- Keep prying eyes out. Lock the app with a PIN or biometrics.

■ Privacy
We don't even know who you are. No email address, no phone number. saveyou runs on an anonymous device-based ID, so your location is never tied to your name or contacts. We never sell your location to third parties (data brokers, etc.). Data in transit is protected with TLS and shared only with the people you choose.

■ Free and Premium
- Free: current-location sharing and map, arrival/departure alerts, last 6 hours of tracks (with ads).
- Premium (¥980/month or ¥6,980/year): no ads, full trip history saved, last 24 hours of tracks, update interval as fast as 2 seconds.
