Was decent before but now doesn't restore purchases. After moving to a new phone (which everyone does at some point) I installed the app again and went to restore my previous purchases (totalling about £10) and it does nothing. It just expects you to pay all over again. Robbery. Won't use again and wouldn't recommend anyone spend any money on in app purchases.

I used this app for a couple of years and paid for all the episodes and upgrades. I bought a new phone, reinstalled it with the same Google account I downloaded the original with and lost everything I previously paid for. I hit the restore button and nothing comes back. Additionally, the latest update seemed to remove a lot of the original functions and episodes as well. I'm extremely disappointed with this app now. If you want a good version of this app, travel back in time a couple years.

I've had this app since it came out and had all three of my kids' names. I purchased all episodes and would use this app around this time of year. For some reason this latest update wiped ALL my saved videos, my purchases and I can't find my kids' names anymore. My middle's name is Oisin, which I was super stoked was available through this app. Now it's not. It really made the magic seem real. So disappointed... ETA They don't even have John as a name option, but Pickle is available?!
