Ratings and reviews

Wish I can give a negative star. Previous app was better. Not able to register the app to the account. I enter the customer id, mobile number, date of birth and the otp they send back. It sets up an SMS to be sent manually. Nothing happens. App never is registered. Connecting with customer support, they ask me to "Clear Cache" and try. Tried and no luck registering the app. Customer support is clueless and keep asking me to do the same thing knowing very well that it is not yielding any result.

app was great previously. i used to download the statement in Excel format which helped me to calculate things. now no such option. please add option to download account statement in Excel format. also there's a bug in date column while downloading statement. it says from date invalid even after choosing correct date. not taking commands like statement for last 3 months or 6 months. keepa on saying 'from date is invalid'. otherwise great app.

I opened a zero balance account with the torus app where it took my right to get the name on the debit card as per my preference which is according to RBI guidelines. After huge efforts the name was corrected with huge errors which are not resolved till now and no confirmation of working to resolve making banking useless. Looking forward to an unsecured zero Forex charges lifetime free credit card on network like Rupay Ekka/ Rupay Select/ Visa Infinite/ MasterCard World Elite asap.
