Ratings and reviews

Wish I can give a negative star. Previous app was better. Not able to register the app to the account. I enter the customer id, mobile number, date of birth and the otp they send back. It sets up an SMS to be sent manually. Nothing happens. App never is registered. Connecting with customer support, they ask me to "Clear Cache" and try. Tried and no luck registering the app. Customer support is clueless and keep asking me to do the same thing knowing very well that it is not yielding any result.

I have been trying to login from 5 days and I'm stuck at sim verification. it is saying not able to do sim verification now. I have sms pack and the message is sent too but it is the same problem always. and only two attempts you can take in one day only Plz fix your app bugs first. every time sim verification is failed customer care is also not helpful you can't reach to them it's very horrible Bank this is not a good experience

I booked 4-5 fds in this good bank successfully through various platforms . In diwali , my online FD request was rejected simply saying there is discrepancy. pls note , I have booked 2 fds with this bank on that platform . but this time , neither platform nor bank gave me a chance to ask clarity , bank returned my funds after 4 days without interest . if u don't wish to book fd , why u kept my funds with u for 4 days ? why funds were returned without interest ? what was the discrepancy ?
