Ratings and reviews

Wish I can give a negative star. Previous app was better. Not able to register the app to the account. I enter the customer id, mobile number, date of birth and the otp they send back. It sets up an SMS to be sent manually. Nothing happens. App never is registered. Connecting with customer support, they ask me to "Clear Cache" and try. Tried and no luck registering the app. Customer support is clueless and keep asking me to do the same thing knowing very well that it is not yielding any result.

3rd-class app interface and a practically useless app. It requires unnecessary permissions just to keep running and continuously scans SMS messages in the background. This is the first app I've come across that doesn't even allow installation in secure folder. Obviously, it can't scan your SMS there, so they don't allow it. Very concerning approach to privacy and user control.

Useless App. User unfriendly. It prompts seeking permission to verify phone number. When we give, it goes into process & blinking mode and comes up with error message " verification failed ". Why should I have an account to make Fixed Deposit?
