The Suryoyo Café is a secure online meeting place by and for Suryoye – Arameans, Assyrians, and Chaldeans. Just like in a real café, you can sit at different tables, start conversations, and get to know others in the community.
Many of us live scattered across Germany, Sweden, and around the world. The Suryoyo Café brings us together in a digital space – for relaxed exchange, genuine friendships, and the comforting feeling of being among our own kind.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Café Tables: Chat with other Suryoye in open discussion groups.
- Private Messages: Engage in one-on-one conversations.
- Connections: Stay connected with people you've met.
- Quizzes: Test your general knowledge and compete with others.
- Forum: Contribute your ideas and help shape the café.
- Profile: Show who you are – with pictures and personal information.
A SAFE PLACE
The café is intentionally a place for Suryoye (Syrians). Every new account is briefly reviewed personally before being activated. This keeps the community familiar, authentic, and welcoming. Respectful interaction is paramount: You can block members and report violations.
OUR ROOTS
We keep the Aramaic language (Surayt/Turoyo), culture, and traditions alive and remain connected to our homeland of Tur Abdin – across all the borders of the diaspora.
FREE
Registration and use of the Suryoyo Café are free. The app is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
Become part of the family – we look forward to seeing you at the Suryoyo Café.
