Take control of your screentime
It’s easy to open an app for “just a minute” and end up spending way longer than you planned.
This app helps you catch yourself before that happens. When you open an app you've chosen to keep an eye on, it can interrupt you and give you a moment to decide if you actually want to keep using it.
How it works
The app uses Android's AccessibilityService API to detect when you open and interact with the apps you've selected. This is what allows the app to notice when you start using one of those apps and show the interruption screen at the right time.
The AccessibilityService is only used for the app's screentime features. It isn't used to control your phone or perform actions for you.
You decide which apps you want to monitor and how the interruptions work. You can also turn off Accessibility access at any time from your phone's settings.
The goal isn't to stop you from using your phone. It's just to give you a small pause before you get pulled into another endless scroll.
