About this app

The app is designed for subscribers to the collections of DeAgostini, Hachette and EMSE publishers. It allows you to track your shipped shipments, easily pay, easily contact our customer service and even place a reorder.

Using the application
- you can track the status of your subscriptions, get information about your packages (content, date of posting, payments, etc.);
- you can receive information about your next shipment (content, expected date of dispatch);
- you can re-order from the already published issues, from all the publications we manage;
- you can pay for the shipments you have already received quickly and easily;
- you can check your data and indicate if they have changed;
- you can choose PostaPoint if you do not request your packages to be delivered to your home.

In addition, within the app, customer service will send you regular updates on the most important news about your subscription.

To use the application, you need a partner ID (a six-digit number starting with an odd number) and a PIN. You can find both in the upper right corner of the letter in your subscription packages, or you can request them from our customer service via email.
