Suvidha Go makes it easier to request home repair, maintenance and cleaning services from one convenient app.

Available services may include:

How Suvidha Go works:

1. Select the service you need.
2. Enter your contact details and choose your service city.
3. Submit your booking request.
4. Our team reviews the request and contacts you with a quotation.
5. Confirm your payment and appointment details.
6. Track the progress of your order and receive status notifications.

Customer dashboard

Sign in with Google to access your customer dashboard, review connected bookings, check quotations, complete eligible payments and view the latest order status.

Order notifications

Receive useful updates when your booking is received, a quotation is prepared, payment is confirmed, an appointment is scheduled, a professional is assigned, or the service is completed or cancelled.

Payments

Eligible payments are processed through Razorpay. Final service pricing is provided after the booking details have been reviewed.

Availability

Services are currently available only in supported cities and locations. Service availability, quotations and appointment timings are confirmed by the Suvidha Go team.

Account and privacy

Users can manage their account and request permanent account deletion from the app. Personal information is handled according to the Suvidha Go Privacy Policy.
