Add more please I use this app for 100% of wire approvals. Would like to approve other payment types as well.
Terrible deposit experience Clearly well taken pictures are not accepted for mobile deposit. The app is never happy with the pictures. Kept on asking for retaking the pictures. Now I think about going to another bank. Terrible experience. Spent 30 minutes and cannot deposit a check. No time for this.
This has got to be the most embarrassing app in production. Doubly so because of the Banks name and location. Check deposit from the app is a test of your sanity! I can't do a deposit from my Samsung Note 4, because it just keeps jumping back to the login screen as soon as you have take the pictures of the check. Using my wife's S5 challenges you in creativity. The on-screen check guides to get you lined up are unrelated to the analysis of the image that happens next, so you invariably get an error message telling you to retake the pictures "being sure that all 4 corners of the check are visible and the picture is in focus". Taking the picture of the back of the check is a joke, because the app just never focuses on the mostly white on white check, unless I put a coin or other target on the check. After that it is just a matter of firing up the studio lighting with a slightly off white uniform backdrop and taking dozens of pictures from slightly different distances until the app is happy. At around 20 minutes per deposit, I don't have time for this app.
Poor UI Buttons don't do what they seem like they should do (e.g. the hardware back button exits the app instead of going back). Cumbersome to navigate. Mobile deposit image guides are wonky. Mobile deposit works for maybe 1 in 10 checks.
Deposit checks? The tour says we can deposit checks, however there isn't a button to let us do this. Waste of time.
Mobile deposit is awful 45 minutes to get two checks in.
