Latest version requires geolocation to make mobile deposits. In addition, depositing handwritten checks is hit or miss. If the handwritten amount is messy you won't be able to deposit it by phone and you have no choice but to mail the check to the bank. None of my other banks require geolocation or have issues with handwritten checks. It would seem the software provider being used for the mobile deposit function isn't competitive, which makes this app poor compared to competition.

Mobile deposit almost never works. While taking a picture of the check, the camera portion crashes 9 times out of 10 on the front. If you are lucky enough to finally get a get front capture, the back crashes forcing you to start over with the front of the check. Seriously, it takes 30 min for 3 checks.

A truly atrocious mobile deposit experience. The app constantly crashes, forces me to retake pictures of checks multiple times, and provides very little feedback
